Hit the number, then Petra by night, a beach dinner in Punta Mita or Sydney Harbour. Planned and run by 2xceed for companies in the US, the UK and Europe.

2xceed in four minutes

A programme built around why you are travelling

Before we suggest a single hotel we ask what the trip has to do for your company and how your people should feel on the flight home.

One team for everything on the ground

We design the days, book the hotels, run every transfer and send our own staff with your group. You deal with one team instead of a list of suppliers.

Doors a group booking alone does not open

Our relationships with hotels, airlines and the authorities have taken groups into rooms like the GCC chamber at Emirates Palace, which was built for a government summit and which many people do not even know the hotel has.

How to plan an incentive trip abroad without losing sleep

Between the hotel and the dinner

You are planning a trip for people who earned it, in a city most of them only know from a stopover. And the plan usually runs through a chain of suppliers who have never met each other, so nobody sees the whole programme working until your group lands.

And to be honest, most of what your people remember happens between the hotel and the dinner: the transfer that is waiting, the guide who knows their names and the evening nobody saw coming.

So that is the part we plan hardest. 2xceed has planned and run those hours for over 20 years, from Abu Dhabi and Muscat to Bangkok, Punta Mita and Sydney.

  • Send us the reason for the trip first, because a reward trip, a sales kick-off and a thank-you to your clients need different days.
  • Get one written proposal with the hotels, the programme and the cost per person, which you can forward to whoever gives the sign-off.
  • Ask for a site visit before you commit and see the rooms and the venues for yourself.
  • Keep one contact for every single question, from the first call to the last airport transfer.
  • Bring your group home with stories instead of complaints, because our staff are with them day and night.

Our own team with your group

Moments your group cannot book

A private island afternoon, a long table in the desert or an awards dinner in a room built for a government summit.

Six facts about 2xceed

Mike Hummel founded 2xceed, and for over 20 years the team has designed and run incentives, meetings and events for companies from all over the world.

1.Programmes on three continents

From Abu Dhabi and Muscat to Bangkok, Punta Mita and Sydney, each one planned by the same team.

2.Up to 1,500 guests in Sydney

For a repeat client the team ran three events for 800 to 1,500 guests over four days, one of them a dinner spread over eight venues.

3.Groups from 5 to 5,000 people

A board retreat for five gets the same planning as a conference for five thousand.

4.Trusted by P&G and Travelport

Procter & Gamble and Travelport both wrote to thank the team after the events 2xceed ran for them.

5.Best DMC finalist in 2026

The Micebook Awards in London shortlisted 2xceed for Best Destination Management Company in 2026.

6.Someone in your time zone

Our representatives at The DMC Group in the US and Canada and Mundus Representation in the UK and Ireland are your first contact before you fly.

About 2xceed

2xceed is a team of fourteen people who plan and run every programme themselves. They come from all corners of the world and know hospitality and travel from the inside.

We are small but mighty on purpose, because the people who plan your trip should be the people who run it. We never hand your group to a supplier we have not worked with before.

How planning an incentive trip with us works

Most planners put off the destination question because it usually means weeks of emails with suppliers they have never met. So we keep it to four steps and one team.

1 2 3 4
  1. 1.Send us your brief

Tell us your dates, how many people and what the trip is for, which takes a few minutes on the next page.

  2. 2.Get your proposal

We come back with a programme, hotels and costs for your group, and change them until they fit.

  3. 3.See it before you sign

See the venues on a site visit, or walk through them with us on a video call.

  4. 4.Arrive and enjoy it

Our team meets your group at the airport and runs every day until the last transfer home.

Tell us about your group

Send us your dates, the number of people, the reason for the trip and a budget per person if you have one. That is enough for a first programme.

And if a destination is not right for your group or your budget, we tell you before you take it to your board.

Frequently asked questions

Where can you take our group?

Wherever the trip makes sense for your people. We have run programmes in Bangkok, Cape Town, Barcelona, Sydney, Punta Mita and Jordan as well as across the Gulf, and we tell you honestly if another destination fits your group and your budget better.

What does a destination management company actually do?

Everything on the ground. We design the programme, book the hotels, arrange the transfers, venues, dinners and activities, and provide staff for your group if you need them, so it is far more than transport.

Is there a minimum group size?

Anything from 5 to 5,000 people. A small board retreat and a large President's Club trip get the same planning, just at a different scale.

How do you keep our group safe abroad?

Your duty of care comes first. Our own staff are with your group day and night, and before you commit we give you an honest view of the destination and your dates.

Can you work alongside the incentive agency we already use?

Yes. Many of our programmes come to us through agencies, and we work as their team on the ground in the region.

Who will actually be with our group?

Our own staff, the same people who planned your programme, day and night while your group is away.

How do you charge?

Every programme is costed for your brief with a price per person, which you see in your proposal before you commit to anything.

Can you help if I am not the one who signs it off?

Yes. We write the proposal so you can forward it as it is, and we are happy to join a call with whoever makes the decision.

What happens after I send my brief?

Our team reads it and comes back to you by email, usually with a few questions first and then a first programme for your group.
